SAME DAY DELIVERY ON ORDERS BEFORE 5:30PM.

Same Day flower delivery is available for orders placed before 5:30PM

We don’t provide free delivery during this periods.

Delivery time: 9AM-6PM order place before 2:30PM.

Delivery time: 6PM-8PM order place before 4:30PM.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

PLEASE NOTES: 

1)Contact us to place order if your order is Out of Zone.

2) Flower deliveries can be done on Mondays to Sundays.

3) No provided free delivery. We have extra charge for deliveries areas during this periods.

4) We are unable to accommodate requests for time specific deliveries for normal deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations. In case, you should pay for express delivery.

- Our riders will delivery hand-by hand to receiver. If rider unable contact to receiver, they will just leave it at the shipping address that you given to us.

5）Careful delivery route planning is what allows us to do that, and to be fair to all our customers. Because every customer is important to us, we are unable to provide 9AM-6PM Specific Hour Delivery, which requires chartering a vehicle and driver to have an order delivered separately from the others. Please be advised that according to the terms of the free delivery service we offer, the placed order will be delivered to the recipient between those hours but NOT at a specific time.

Outstation order Deliveries

For all Outstation Orders, you may need to order above RM200 budget.

Delivery of your order

We provide same day deliveries for orders confirmed before 3:30PM. Order placed from 3:30PM onwards are delivered the following day or any other day as selected by the customer on the cart page.

VALENTINE'S DAY DELIVERY

 For all Valentine's Day Bouquet, kindly place your order early due to high demand on 14/02/2023. You can order thru VALENTINE'S DAY COLLECTION, only Valentine’s Day Products are available during this period (13.02.2023-14.02.2023). If you're purchase from other categories, we will count by RM20.00 per stalk of roses. Kindly read the annoument bar, and place your order. Not allow to change address before date delivery in 24hours.Thanks for your cooperations.

There will be no time slot selection available during Valentine's Day period (12th - 15th Feb). All the orders will be delivered between 8:30am - 9:30pm. We do not provide photo of delivered during this period.

The following charges will be implemented for urgent or specific time delivery during the Valentine's Day period

- Urgent Delivery - EXPRESS DELIVERY
- Specific Time Delivery, additional surcharge (Includes requests for delivery within a specific time frame, or delivery before a specified time)

Customer's telephone number

We use this information to contact customers in the event of problems with the order such as payment failures or delivery issues.

Recipient's full name, contact, and address

We require this information in order to deliver the flowers you have ordered. It is vital that the recipient's address and contact is accurate.

Express Delivery

This 1-hour delivery time promise begins when the order has been finalised, including reception of payment from sender. The promised coverage area is 20 km from our hubs (see addresses provided). If the distance is between 21 and 40 km, the delivery time extends to within 2 hours. Express Delivery service incurs an additional RM80.00.

Delivery Surcharge

If the delivery address is within 10km of our shop, we can offer to deliver at specific times with Delivery Surcharge, within a varying margin of error depending on the fee.
