Please note that certain flowers and fillers may be seasonal andtherefore have limited availability. Jane’s Florist reserves the right to replace components of the product with equivalents that are more expensive.

We promise to send you the freshest of flowers and this would mean that they will occasionally come in bud form which will last longer. For our products, there is only one product per photo, although two are shown in photo.

IMPORTANT NOTE

  • Wrapping, bear, cake, decoration, packaging/vase and fillers may vary. Jane's Florist reserves the right to replace any item with another of equivalent value depending on season and availability.


Cancellation
 policy


For all cancellation order, we can do the refund payment for 50%.


Valentine's Day Order

For all Valentine's Day Bouquet, kindly place your order early due to high demand on 14/02/2020. You can order thru VALENTINE'S DAY COLLECTION, only Valentine’s Day Products are available. If you're purchase from other categories, we will not text to you for top up, just count by 20 MYR per stalk of roses. Kindly read the announcement. and place your order. Thanks for your cooperation.

There will be no time slot selection available during Valentine's Day period (13th - 14th Feb). All the orders will be delivered between 8:30am - 8:30pm.

The following charges will be implemented for urgent or specific time delivery during the Valentine's Day period

- Urgent Delivery - EXPRESS DELIVERY
- Specific Time Delivery, additional surcharge (Includes requests for delivery within a specific time frame, or delivery before a specified time)


Delivery Terms & Conditions

Delivery of your order

We provide same day deliveries for orders. Order placed from 6PM onwards are delivered the following day or any other day as selected by the customer on the cart page.

*Can request to deliver after 6PM, will have extra charge at this time.*


Changes to your order

If you wish to make any changes your order, please do so by contacting us at [email protected] or via phone 011-16126307 (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM). We will always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to updating the delivery address and in relation to card messages) if changes are requested 24 hours before the intended delivery day.


Payments

  1. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit. In order to offer the best security, all our payments are processed securely by Paypal.
  2. If you create an account, your card will be stored securely by Paypal so that you can check out on future visits without re-entering your card details.


Delivery policy

  1. Timed deliveries are not available.
  2. For same day deliveries only delivery within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor at this moment. We can deliver to any address within stated region.


Customer's telephone number

We use this information to contact customers in the event of problems with the order such as payment failures or delivery issues.


Recipient's full name and address

We require this information in order to deliver the flowers you have ordered. It is vital that the recipient's address is accurate.
